New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone and inaugurated development works in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. He paid respects to Goddess of Knowledge-Vagdevi, and Lord Vishwakarma on his birth anniversary, and acknowledged the contributions of crores of artisans engaged in nation-building through their craftsmanship and dedication.
