New Delhi, Sept. 2 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Tianjin, China, where the two leaders reviewed the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership between India and Russia.
