During the talks, both leaders decided to officially elevate their bilateral relationship to a Strategic Partnership, marking a significant milestone in their growing cooperation. The announcement was made following high-level talks between the leaders of the two nations, where they also jointly witnessed the exchange of the Plan of Action (2025-29) for the implementation of the new partnership framework.
