New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 16th Combined Commanders' Conference in Kolkata, the apex-level biennial forum of the Armed Forces that brings together India's top civilian and military leadership. The theme for this year's conference is "Year of Reforms - Transformation for the Future."
In his address, the Prime Minister praised the Armed Forces for their exemplary role in Operation Sindoor, as well as their contributions in disaster relief, anti-piracy operations, evacuations from conflict zones, and extending Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) to friendly nations.
