New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modii held a telephonic conversation with his Danish counterpart Mette Frederiksen. The two leaders reiterated their commitment to further strengthening the India-Denmark Green Strategic Partnership. They also underlined the importance of an early conclusion of the India-EU Free Trade Agreement.

During the discussions, Modi conveyed his best wishes to Denmark for its upcoming Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Both leaders also exchanged views on global challenges, including the conflict in Ukraine, and stressed the need for cooperation in addressing its wider consequences.
