New Delhi, Nov. 4 -- Trade, transport, operationalising of the Sittwe Port, being constructed by New Delhi, a sector of Kaladan Multi-Modal Transit Transport Project, demarcation of the remaining part of the common border between the two countries were some of the major issues discussed by Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and Myanmar's State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi.

Based on common interest, the two leaders cordially exchanged views on boosting cooperation between India and Myanmar. Upgrading of a female police training school in Yamethin, arriving at a cross-border traffic agreement, human resources development and capacity-building for public servants were also among the issues taken up for discussion.
