New Delhi, Oct. 27 -- The Office of the Chief Minister of Delhi announced that more than 1.26 million women have availed the benefit of free bus travel within just two months under the DTC's Pink Pass Yojana. Each day, around 22,000 women are using Delhi's public transport through this scheme to reach their destinations safely and conveniently.
In its statement, the Chief Minister's Office said the initiative represents more than just a travel benefit - it is a journey of dignity and empowerment for the women of Delhi. The Pink Pass Yojana, designed to enhance women's mobility and promote self-reliance, continues to reflect the government's commitment to inclusive development and welfare-oriented governance.
