New Delhi, May 12 -- The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) today organized a floral tribute ceremony at the statue of the great freedom fighter, the late Asaf Ali, at Delhi Gate on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Senior officials of the MCD paid their respects and fondly remembered his remarkable contributions to India's freedom struggle and nation-building efforts. The ceremony served as a moment to honour his legacy and inspire citizens to uphold the values for which he stood.
