New Delhi, Nov. 29 -- The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) conducted a strict enforcement drive in the City S.P. Zone, targeting violations related to cleanliness and pollution control.

During the operation, teams issued 105 challans across various departments for offences including littering under SWM rules, street-vending violations, BWG/M challans, NGT violations, and other pollution-related offences.

The total penalty imposed amounted to Rs.1,16,600, underscoring MCD's emphasis on compliance, accountability, and strict monitoring.

MCD said it remains committed to strict monitoring and continuous enforcement for a cleaner and healthier Delhi.
