New Delhi, Feb. 7 -- Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Commissioner, Sanjeev Khirwar addressed Deputy Commissioners of all zones, engineering officers, staffs at Kedarnath Auditorium, MCD Headquarters, emphasising the need for uncompromising quality standards and timely execution of development works.

Noting that adequate funds are available, the Commissioner called for an organised, coordinated, and outcome-oriented approach in planning and execution.

Detailed discussions were held on key aspects including preparation of estimates, GCC provisions, technical specifications, quality assurance mechanisms, supervision of works, contractor enlistment, and effective monitoring with timely reporting.
