New Delhi, Feb. 19 -- Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa chaired an important review meeting with Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to strengthen the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility framework in Delhi.

Sirsa said that with the expansion of healthcare services, the safe and scientific disposal of bio-medical waste is essential.

The meeting deliberated upon measures to ensure strict compliance, timely waste collection, and robust monitoring mechanisms. "Protecting public health and the environment remains our top priority," Sirsa said.
