New Delhi, Oct. 28 -- Delhi Cabinet Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa marked Chhath Puja by visiting prominent ghats in his Rajouri Garden constituency, where he interacted with devotees and extended festive greetings. During his visit, he observed the rituals performed by fasting women and appreciated the deep sense of devotion and discipline that defines the festival.
