New Delhi, June 30 -- Delhi Cabinet Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa hit out at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and its chief Arvind Kejriwal, accusing them of engaging in "vote bank politics" by opposing the demolition of what he termed as "illegal hutments" belonging to "Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators."

Talking to reporters, Sirsa said it was a "matter of shame" that AAP leaders were raising a hue and cry over the lawful removal of unauthorized settlements, which he claimed were occupied by foreign infiltrators. "When illegal hutments of Bangladeshi & Rohingya infiltrators are lawfully demolished, AAP Arvind Kejriwal & others raise a hue and cry. just for vote bank politics," he wrote.
