New Delhi, Jan. 9 -- NCP spokesperson and State Minister Nawab Malik has said that the Maharashtra government would consider probe into the special CBI judge BH Loya death case that happened in 2014 if it gets any complaints with the substantial evidence.

The Maharashtra Minister spoke about the death case of Judge Loya after a party meeting that was held in Mumbai. NCP held a meeting of its ministers in the Shiv Sena-led government that lasted for three hours following which Malik said, "The government will consider reopening of Judge BH Loya death case if any complaint is received with substantial evidence."
