New Delhi, Nov. 15 -- All the agencies need to jointly put in efforts to battle the air pollution, said Union Environment Minister Mr. Prakash Javadekar on Friday, as the National Capital continues to reel under the severe air pollution. "I have always said that there should not be blame game and joint cooperation is required. Everyone has to work together," said the Environment Minister.
