Jaishankar, addressing the SCO Council of Heads of Government Meeting in Moscow, outlined India's vision for a more resilient, cooperative and reformed Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, while reiterating India's zero-tolerance approach toward terrorism.
Congratulating Russia on its presidency, Jaishankar emphasized that the current global economic environment is "uncertain and volatile," marked by both supply-side disruptions and demand-side challenges.
