New Delhi, April 12 -- Ukraine has been locked in a conflict with Russian-backed separatists since 2014, and this week Ukrainian officials reported Russian troop movement in annexed Crimea and on the border, near territories controlled by Moscow-backed separatists. Tensions have been rising in the Eastern part of Ukraine and concerns are being allayed that armed hostilities could resume. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the tense area on April 7. "Thank you for keeping people calm and defending our land," Zelenskiy told troops during the trip. "You are a true example of heroism and dedication. We remember every warrior who died defending our state."
