New Delhi, June 29 -- Phase 3 of the reopening of Greek borders will start on July 1. International flights will be allowed into all airports in Greece and all travellers are subject to random tests upon arrival. The Foreign Ministry will announce additional restrictions regarding certain countries with high infection rate, on a later date. Arrivals by sea will also be allowed from July 1, with travellers being subject to random testing.
