New Delhi, May 22 -- The Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), Government of India, in collaboration with the Embassies of France and Costa Rica in India, hosted the Second Blue Talks on May 20, 2025, at Prithvi Bhawan, New Delhi. This high-level event served as a key milestone in the lead-up to the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), scheduled in Nice, France, from June 9 to 13, 2025.
Building on the success of the first Blue Talks held in February 2024, the second edition brought together leading scientists, policymakers, global stakeholders, and representatives from government, academia, industry, and civil society.
