New Delhi, March 25 -- Former Delhi Chief Minister and currently leader of the opposition in Delhi Legislative Assembly Atishi said that " In the last 10 years we have never seen that the budget has been presented without an Economic Survey. Now the question is whether the BJP government of Delhi knows how to prepare a budget? Does it know how to run a government?"

Atishi said that Economic Survey is presented before presenting the budget because it provides the context for preparing the budget. If the economy survey is not presented, then how will we know how much people are spending according to their per capita income and what are the needs of the people?
