New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- In the latest released QS World University Rankings - Asia 2025, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has been ranked as the top rated Indian institute with an overall ranking of 44. Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) is at the 48th position and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) ranks at the 56th position. Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT-KGP) at Rank 60, Indian Institute of Science at Rank 62 and Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) at Rank 67 are the other institutes in top 100 of the QS rankings.

6 Indian institutes are also ranked in top 6 under the South Asian category.
