New Delhi, May 14 -- The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi has launched a new initiative called 'Jigyasa' that aims to take science to the masses. This initiative by the Institute's Academic Outreach office attempts to connect people to the work done in the laboratories of institutions of eminence like IIT Delhi.

Under this initiative, IIT Delhi researchers, including students and faculty, will present their research works at various science and technology education institutions and beyond.

The initiative aims to make people understand seemingly complex scientific phenomena in an informal setting, keep them abreast of recent discoveries, and inspire and teach the future generation about the process of scientific enquiry.
