New Delhi, April 22 -- The I.N.D.I.A alliance, looking to challenge the BJP in the Lok Sabha election 2024, held a " Ulgulan Nyay Rally" in Ranchi. The rally was attended by leaders of the Congress, AAP, RJD, JMM, SP and RJD.

Notably, Rahul Gandhi skipped the rally as Congress said that he was unwell, Mamata Banerjee of TMC and CPI (M) chief Sitaram Yechury skipped the rally. Two empty chairs were also kept in the rally to show solidarity with former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, both of whom are imprisoned currently on charges of corruption.
