New Delhi, March 15 -- Former Mayor of Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Dr. Shelly Oberoi has filed an official complaint with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) against Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta for allegedly violating the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

According to the complaint, Chief Minister Gupta disclosed the identities of children in need of care and protection during her visit to Asha Kiran Shelter Home. The alleged violation was captured in a video report by ANI, which reportedly shows the CM revealing details of juveniles, including those who are mentally or physically challenged.
