New Delhi, May 23 -- The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), on Friday, May 22, said that it has opened for public, the foot-over bridge connecting the Samaypur Badli metro station with the nearby railway station and the Samaypur village.

The announcement made by the DMRC, on social media, Twitter, read, "'A Foot Over Bridge constructed by DMRC to connect the Samaypur Badli station with the Badli Railway station & the Samaypur Village has now been opened for public. This 88m long FOB will be of immense benefit to the residents of Yadav Nagar and Shiv Vihar colonies of Samaypur."
