New Delhi, May 9 -- External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar held key discussions with international counterparts amid heightened regional tensions following India's Operation Sindoor.

In a conversation with European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, Jaishankar emphasized that India has responded in a "measured" manner to recent provocations. He cautioned that any further escalation will be met with a "firm response," reinforcing India's stance on national security and counter-terrorism.
