New Delhi, Jan. 19 -- The Delhi Traffic Police issued a traffic advisory in view of repair and painting work at Mangi Bridge, which connects the Red Fort and Salimgarh Fort on Ring Road. The work, to be undertaken by the Archaeological Survey of India, is scheduled from till January 21, 2026.
During this period, one arch of the bridge will remain closed daily for vehicular movement, which is expected to significantly affect traffic flow on Ring Road and adjoining stretches. The traffic police have cautioned commuters about heavy congestion in the surrounding areas.
