New Delhi, Dec. 24 -- Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said the government will continue the 'No PUCC, No Fuel' campaign even after the withdrawal of GRAP-4 restrictions, stressing that controlling vehicular pollution remains a top priority.

Sirsa said the objective of the drive is to ensure that every vehicle in Delhi holds a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC), calling it one of the most effective tools to curb vehicle emissions.

Acting on complaints that some PUCC centres were not functioning as per prescribed norms, the government conducted inspections and suspended 12 PUCC centres found violating standards. He said these centres will now be blacklisted. All remaining PUCC centres will also be inspected,...
