New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- Delhi's Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh led a cleanliness drive in Bawana JJ Colony, urging residents to actively participate in the ongoing Freedom from Waste for Delhi campaign.
Singh explained that waste management, once considered only a challenge, is now being turned into an opportunity for growth. He highlighted how waste is being transformed into electricity, fuel, and even construction material, noting that the recently inaugurated Urban Extension Road was built using waste-based materials.
