New Delhi, July 3 -- Delhi Minister d Delhi minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa has written a formal letter to the Election Commission of India, demanding immediate action against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for what he called "open support to illegal Rohingya and Bangladeshi immigrants" and for allegedly provoking anarchy.

In his letter, Sirsa accused AAP and its national convener Arvind Kejriwal of violating the Constitution by supporting illegal immigrants under the guise of citizenship rights. Citing a recent protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar organized by AAP leaders in support of Rohingya and Bangladeshi Muslims, Sirsa said such actions are a "betrayal of the hopes and aspirations" of Indian citizens.
