New Delhi, Dec. 9 -- A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Delhi High Court asking for immediate help and refunds for passengers affected by the ongoing IndiGo flight cancellations.
The matter was mentioned today before a Division Bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela. The court agreed to take up the case for hearing soon.
According to law portal LiveLaw, the petitioner's advocate said that the condition at several airports is extremely difficult, with passengers left without proper information or support. The lawyer told the court:
