New Delhi, Jan. 8 -- The Delhi High Court expressed strong displeasure over the Railways' failure to file an affidavit in connection with last year's stampede at New Delhi Railway Station. A bench comprising Chief Justice D. K. Upadhyay and Justice Tejas Karia questioned why the authorities were being so "careless" and whether they were waiting for another incident to take place, noting that no affidavit had been filed so far.
