New Delhi, Dec. 31 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced that the Delhi government will be investing Rs.17,000 crore over the next 3 years to strengthen the power grid through new substations, higher transformer capacity, and a stronger transmissions and distrbution network.

Rekha Gupta said that these objectives are targeted to be realised by 2027.

"

For Delhiites, this means steady power at home, faster fixes when something goes wrong, and fewer disruptions across every neighbourhood," Rekha Gupta said.
