New Delhi, Dec. 18 -- Delhi Cabinet Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa addressed a press conference at the Delhi Secretariat, along with Trilokpuri MLA Ravi Kant Ujjainwali, outlining the government's intensified measures to combat rising pollution levels in the national capital.

Sirsa said Delhi is currently facing "severe" air pollution due to what he termed a decade of misgovernance by the AAP government under Arvind Kejriwal, alleging that the previous regime allowed the problem to worsen without effective treatment.
