New Delhi, Dec. 11 -- On December 10, 2025, the Delhi Government and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stated that this agreement is an extremely important step towards transforming Delhi into a beautiful, healthy, and well-organized capital through the beautification of flyovers, provision of medical equipment, availability of water ATMs, establishment of energy centers, and branding of buses.

Delhi minister Parvesh Sahib Singh, Pankaj Kumar Singh and officers from concerned departments were present when the agreement was signed.
