New Delhi, Dec. 19 -- Delhi Environment Minister Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa announced the strict enforcement of the rule barring fuel supply to vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC). From today onwards, vehicles lacking PUCC will not be provided fuel at petrol pumps across the capital.

To ensure effective implementation, the Minister personally inspected several petrol pumps at the Delhi-Gurugram border, interacted with commuters, and held discussions with petrol pump staff and operators. He emphasised that compliance with pollution-control norms is being closely monitored on the ground.
