New Delhi, Feb. 14 -- A Delhi Court has granted AAP MlA from Okhla Amanatullah Khah protection from arrest by the police till February 24. 2024.

Special Judge Jitendra Singh instructed the Okhla MLA to cooperate with the investigation whenever summoned by the investigating officer. The police were also ordered to present all relevant documents, excluding any CCTV footage of the incident, to the court by February 24.

. An FIR was registered against Amanatullah Khan on Monday, after which he has been absconding. Raids are being conducted in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab to locate him, but the police have not been able to apprehend him yet.
