I experienced a wonderful feeling of joy and happiness by participating in the Holi Mangal Milan organized at Lodhi Garden. This grand event organized by Dharmik Ramlila Committee drenched everyone in the colors of brotherhood, culture and harmony," the Delhi CM said.
