New Delhi, Oct. 17 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited Kalindi Kunj to inspect the ongoing Yamuna cleaning operations and review preparations for the upcoming Chhath Mahaparv.
She said that the Delhi Government is working on a war footing to ensure a clean Yamuna, well-maintained ghats, and best possible facilities for devotees taking part in the grand celebrations.
The Chief Minister noted that the site at Kalindi Kunj, which earlier witnessed toxic foam floating on the Yamuna during Chhath, now shows clear, flowing water as a result of sustained efforts under the BJP government.
