New Delhi, Jan. 27 -- On January 25, 2026, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurated major development projects worth over Rs.219 crore in the Deoli and Sangam Vihar Assembly constituencies, calling them a decisive step towards building a developed Delhi.

In Deoli, development works amounting to Rs.104 crore were launched. The projects include strengthening of sewer and drainage systems, construction of new roads, expansion of drinking water pipelines, beautification of parks and public spaces, and the establishment of new health and community centres. The Chief Minister said that facilities long awaited by local residents are now moving "from resolution to realisation."
