New Delhi, April 24 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta held a public hearing today, where she personally listened to the concerns of citizens and instructed officials to take immediate action on the issues raised.
Speaking after the event, Rekha Gupta stated: "Public participation - their voices and emotions - plays a crucial role in aligning governance with ground realities. These dialogues empower us to frame policies that are truly responsive to real needs."
She further assured the people that "the Government of Delhi is committed to working with and for the people of Delhi. Every concern will be heard, and every issue will be addressed with concrete, time-bound action."
