New Delhi, March 15 -- On 12 March, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inspected facilities at Asha Kiran Intellectual Disabled Ashray Grih in Rohini.

In a statement, Rekha Gupta said: "I inspected the Asha Kiran Intellectual Disabled Ashray Grih and checked the facilities there. During this, I had an emotional experience of meeting the disabled children. We will work with full commitment for the bright future of these disabled children. It is our resolution that every child in the society should get love and self-respect"

Asha Kiran, established in 1989, shelters intellectually challenged individuals, many of whom are abandoned and brought in by authorities.
