New Delhi, Feb. 22 -- A day after being sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta met President of India Draupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.

After meeting the President, Rekha Gupta posted on X: "I had a cordial meeting with the Honourable President of India, Smt. Draupadi Murmu ji at Rashtrapati Bhavan. I am confident that our government will always get the guidance of the President in Delhi's development journey."

Rekha Gupta is the fourth female CM of Delhi and 8th overall to hold this office.
