New Delhi, Dec. 8 -- Delhi Cabinet 0Minister Ashish Sood conducted a joint inspection of Night Shelter Code No. 23 and Shelter Home Code No. 215, reviewing arrangements under the ongoing Winter Action Plan.

During the inspection, facilities such as adequate bedding, warm blankets, food availability, cleanliness and essential services were closely examined to ensure that no individual faces hardship in severe cold conditions. Sood emphasized that providing secure refuge to every person in need remains the government's highest priority.
