New Delhi, May 7 -- Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, along with party MPs Manoj Tiwari, Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, Yogendra Chandolia, Bansuri Swaraj, Kamaljeet Sehrawat, and Praveen Khandelwal, submitted a memorandum to Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena regarding the alleged artificial water crisis in Delhi.
The memorandum accuses the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Punjab of deliberately withholding water from the Bhakra Dam Canal, thereby engineering a shortage in the national capital. It alleges that this move is politically motivated and intended as retaliation for AAP's electoral defeat in Delhi.
