New Delhi, Jan. 24 -- A cultural programme was organised at the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Udaan Girls Home, Dilshad Garden, on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day.

The event was graced by the presence of the Managing Director, DMRC, Dr. Vikas Kumar; President, DMRC Ladies Welfare Organisation (DLWO), Dr. Shalini Singh; and Trustee, Salam Balak Trust, Mr. Sanjoy K. Roy.

The girls of Udaan enthralled everyone with their beautiful cultural performances.

The DMRC Udaan Girls Home was inaugurated in March 2025. Spread over an area of 3,142 square metres, the facility comprises four dormitories with 96 beds, a specialised room for differently-abled children, a medical room, a computer lab, a library and an activity hall.
