New Delhi, May 15 -- A review meeting of pending public grievances on the PGMS (Public Grievance Monitoring System) portal was held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta with the heads of various departments. All departments were instructed to resolve pending grievances in a timely manner.

According to a statement by Delhi Chief Minister's Office (CMO), the CM gave instructions to install complaint boxes in DM, SDM and Sub-Registrar offices. These will be inspected directly by the Chief Minister's Office, so that public complaints reach the government directly.
