New Delhi, Oct. 17 -- In connection with the Rs 354 crore bank fraud case, the probe agency, Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday filed a charge sheet against Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath's nephew Ratul Puri before a special court in Delhi.

In August, the central probe agency, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) based on a complaint registered by the Central Bank of India, filed a case against businessman Puri, who is the former Executive Director of Moser Baer India Limited (MBIL), his parents Deepak Puri and Nita Puri.

The bank, in its complaint, accused Moser Baer and its director of a fraud with the bank of Rs. 354 crore.
