"I urge people to use carpooling when they are not able to drive their car during this scheme. I will also be following the scheme strictly," said Delhi CM urging Delhiites to follow the road rationing scheme.

To get to work on Monday morning, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal carpooled with ministers of his cabinet, as the road rationing scheme began on November 4 for 11 days as part of Delhi government's move to check pollution in the Capital city.
