New Delhi, Dec. 13 -- Welcoming the Aam Aadmi Party's decision to allocate a fund of Rs. 50 crore for the welfare of lawyers under the Chief Minister Advocate Welfare Scheme, K.C. Mittal, Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) said, "This remarkable beginning to provide social security to advocates in Delhi has happened for the first time in the history of the legal profession at the behest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Law Minister Kailash Gahlot."
